I am planning on getting a server to generally learn, but I would like to run a Plex server, a few game servers (minecraft, csgo, beammp, ect), probably data storage and a couple other little things like plex? a 4 core will not be enought right?

Well, normally it isn't this bad, i can average about 3mps (speedtest) But real world download like a game on steam can go from 10kbs-500kbs This was probably when my sister was watching 1080p tick tocks on her phone, for some reason the router gives a lot of bandwidth to her, but throws me in the ditch. Our isp gives us 10mps for $55/month (used to be 5mpbs), but today we are trying a new provider that should get us 50mbps for the same price!
