I finally got my Ryzen 5 5600x and over clocked it, under-volted my GPU, and I have to say I could not be happier for my 1st ever build (with one CPU upgrade). I know I am a not breaking records or anything, so I am curious what kind of FPS you guys can get on the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt on ultra settings? Ryzen 5 5600X Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT Tuf Gaming X570-Plus 16GB 3200Hz RAM AsusVG279Q 27'' (x2) Windows 10 (Yes, I know the RAM looks like it is not installed correctly - I think I got a bad board, this is only config it will boot up in!)

My computer refuses to post in duel channel RAM configuration. I tired every configuration you can do with 2 RAM sticks and 4 SLOTS, It will no port unless it is in configuration of A1:A2 - I cleared the CMOS through the jumper pins and reset all my frequency to 3200 and still have the same posting issue. Hell the GPU will not even power on until I have the RAM in configuration of A1:A2 Any one have any Ideas what I can do to get this to post in duel channel?

Do I have a defective motherboard?
-
updated the bios to the newest version that came out 6 days ago on from the Asus site itself - And.....nothing. Still only post in the configuration in the picture

same case, but a different picture I had a flash light on this to show off the mobo

sorry I forgot to list that one... I tried every combination you can do with 4 slots and 2 cards.

So I can not get my new system to post or get the GPU to power on unless my DRAM is positioned like this.... And I do know they are should be in alternating slots. I tried pulling out the battery on the motherboard and reinstalling the RAM and GPU --- Nothing would not post. It will only operate in this configuration A1:A2 Any help on how to fix this would be helpful (oh and I did flip the CPU fan when I tried this, so it's now positioned correctly ) options I tried that did nothing: A1:B1 - A1:B2 - B1:B2

Where you one place the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT? I seen the Pulse but not the nitro. I am getting some really good performance out of mine. I Increased the usage of the V-ram and undervolted it, I was playing Borderlands 3 for like an hour on the highest setting and never got above 65ºC- 375 replies

I know - I think they fucked up on manufacturing, the BIOS shows they are in the right spot, when I did it the way the manual said to I got no display and the GPU would not power up. and yes the XMP is running at 3200mhz -

This is my 1st ever attempt at building a computer let-alone a gaming computer. And I have to say it's SOOO much better than console, the way it look, the way it plays and the ability to have a far more customized key mapping options. Free online play is freaking sweet too! Specs: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 MoBo: Asus Tuf X570 gaming Plus DRAM: T-Force 16gb (8x2) 3200MHz GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT PSU: EVGA 550 GOLD 80+ (full Modular) Boot-Drive: 120GB Sandisk Hard Drive: 1TB WD NVME - read speed 3,470 MB/s Monitor: Asus VG279Q 144hz OS: Windows 10

What are the chances my RX 5700 XT is DOA on the second one shipped from Newegg? It should light up with RGB when powered on, correct? I am getting irritated I cant figure this out I have no display to even begin installing windows..... Am I doing something wrong?

I would respectfully disagree, what I was referring to was my bodies white cell's ability to produce those antibodies when it comes in contact with a foreign pathogen, adapt and neutralize it before my body is adversely affected. Since this started I have never worn a glove, a mask , or used hand sanitizer once. Not so much as the sniffles, matter of fact I've gotten healthier over this time. As for the mass infections at religious gatherings, this I am unaware of, It was my understanding that churches where some of the 1st institutions classified as non-essential and shut down at least around where I live.
