  1. Update to my issue: One week after this issue with my PC started it went away by itself. I do not know why but my pc now starts normally and even resume from sleep state without any issue. My only guess is that something on MOBO is slowly dieing.
  2. I disabled windows hybernation mode the day I installed them. I don't think this is windows related problem because as I described in my first post this issue happens even if I turn my pc on from off state(it happens even beforeMOBO POST so way before windows even starts)
  3. Thanks for suggestion but my Windows\Minidump folder is empty.
  4. Hi, I have recently noticed strange behaviour from my PC. Every time I try to wake it up from sleep state, the lights turn on and fans start to spin, but a moment later lights go off and fans stop. Then after second or two lights and fans start again and PC boots giving me error that the system was not shutdown properly. At first I thought that this must be issue due to recent windows update but then I have noticed same problem when booting up PC after shutting it down manualy. Basically every time I turn my PC ON the lights and fans turn on for a short time, then go off, and then after second or two on again and then PC boots to windows without any further problems. I have striped my PC down to only MOBO, CPU and PSU (no RAM) and this behaviour after pressing power button remains (fans start to spin, than stop, then start again and remain spinning). I have also tried PSU from other PC and issue remains. I have also updated BIOS on my motherboard and load optimised defaults. My PC configuration: Intel i7-2600k (no overclock) Asus P8Z77-M motherboard Antec EarthWatts 380W PSU (80+ bronze) Corsair Vengeance 2x 4GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM Intel 520 Series 120GB SSD Asus Radeon HD 6570 I haven't installed any new hardware to my PC recently. The only new thing I started doing on my PC few days before this issue emerged was playing around with Arduino software and cheap ESP8266 module connected to my PC via USB to serial converter but I don't see how that could be the reason for this problem. What do you think is causing this issue (I have a feeling that something is wrong with MOBO but I am not sure) and is there anything that I could fix without buying any new hardware? Any help or advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
  5. My favourite product is Aria headphones because of wooden finish.
  6. I have also find this test: http://overclocking.guide/cpu-cooling/80-w-heat-load-gaming-pcs/ It seems that cooling preformance of both is basically the same.
  7. Hello, I would like to hear your opinion on which of the two Noctua CPU coolers mentioned above is better, because they cost about the same. The only comparison of those two that I have found is: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1438-page8.html According to this it seems NH-L12 is a bit better. I have Antec NSK 2480 case (max CPU cooler height is 115-120mm) and I am planing to cool i7-2600k which will be slightly OC. Fell free to recomend any other CPU cooler for which you think will do better job than these two. Thanks!

  9. I would use it as a media player in my living room.
  10. Wow. This is really nice processor, but it is has way too much horsepower for me. If I get it I will probably sell it and use the money to build myself medium-budget gaming PC.
  11. My favourite item in this bundle is 1100 V2 Computer Case because it has perforated front panel for a very good airflow trough hard drives and graphics cards.
  12. Congatulations for 1 million subscribers!!! What I like about LinusTechTips videos is that when Linus reviews a product he takes some time to truly test that product in real life and than he include his personal experience with the product in the review video. Many other reviewers often only lists specs and do some benchmarks.
  13. Thanks for suggestions! I think I will choose middle road. 250GB SSD + 2TB WD Black and perhaps a cheaper case to balance things out.
  14. Hello everyone, recently one of my friends asked me if I could build a PC for him. He mainly needs it for running programs like AutoCAD and Pro/ENGINEER and some casual gaming. Since I don't use these programs myself I would like some suggestions on PC parts. Budget is set to 700-800€ (around 950$). Here are the components I was thinking about using in this build, but you are free to suggest completely different builds: CPU: (190€) Intel Core i5-4690 (non K-edition, since neither of us has any experiance in overclocking + overclocking would require more expensive motherboard and cooler) GPU: (130€) Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti RAM: (80€) Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 1600MHz SSD: (70€) Samsung EVO 120GB SSD (or maybe 250GB model for 110€) HDD: (70€) 2TB WD Green PSU: (70€) Corsair CS550M (550W power Supply) MOBO: have not choose yet (I was thinking about Asus B85M-G for about 65€) CASE: not chosen yet but I will probably go with mini tower case like Fractal Design ARC Mini R2 for 75€ or something cheaper Please tell me your suggestions to improve this build and sorry for bad English (its not my first language). Thanks!
