Temperature goes up ingame aswell , but i really dont know where southbridge is on motherboard i only know where northbridge is , can you like circle it on screenshot of my motherboard?

I mean i dont know if MCP is Southbridge or Northbridge but it has high temps even while idling

Hi guys , i have a huge problem with my pc and diagnosing how to fix it , i have am3+ motherboard wich gets my MCP temperatures to high when im gaming or even idling. Also when i play CSGO or any other cpu demanding game im getting alot of lag and sometimes artifacts not alot but few that are visible and very annoying while playing. Cpu:FX8350 Gpu:r9 380 4gb Motherboard:ASRock N68-GS4 FX R2.0 Ram: 8gb crucial 1600mhz Psu:XFX TS 550W In screenshot below you can see the temperature of MCP , i can even upload few more pictures if needed to identify the problem and to atleast solve the fps drop part , i know these parts are not new or good for gaming but csgo should run like charm even on a potato, please help and please dont be rude im not rich or working rn to buy a new pc, ty.
