  1. actually in a way you helped me figure out the problem. I took a pic of the fans from the front and just noticed that they did not put LED lights on the top fan. Thats so frusturating. It took a month to get here and they said any repairs will take 4-5 weeks. Hopefully they can just send the LED light here
  2. they are all the same. What picture would help?

  4. Hello, I just received my pc yesterday and only 2/3 fans have lighting working. All 3 fans are spinning but the top fan does not have any light. I do not see any disconnected wires. I have a picture below. Any help please
  5. I would have followed that, I watch his videos and keep track of what he says but i don't know how to build my own pc manually and have efficient cable management. Yes, I could watch more instructional videos, but I would rather choose the parts and have the company build it. Dont really want to risk anything. I could return my pc with no additional fees if I wanted to when it arrives. Im just worried about the cooling since I just chose default case fans
  6. a hefty 3 grand. I wanted a pc that would last for a while and not have to worry about improving graphics. The only adjustments I may make would be to add more storage but its enough for now. I really just wanted to know if it would preform fine and if the cooling is enough
  7. No, I built it from their website but I chose the parts
  8. Just bought my first custom build. Any tweaks I should make or is it okay? 11. So I just bought a 240hz monitor to connect to my 60hz gaming laptop. I plugged it in, changed my monitors refresh rate to 240hz and my laptop went black. I unplugged in and now my laptop has white and grey lines going through them. So I reset my laptop and its working now. My issue is, why does my laptop freak out when I increase my monitors refresh rate? I thought you simply had to plug a laptop into a monitor and the monitor would display 240hz from the laptop? I would try and mess around more with the settings but I dont want to ruin my laptops display without consulting with you guys first :) any help is appreciated thank you :)
