  1. Thanks for the quick responses! The make of the GPU is MSI and the PSU is EV3A. My old graphics card was a nvidia 1050 (can't remember which make), I figured out my PC was so slow due to my only recognising half of my RAM. After fixing this issue my PC is now feeling less slow, but my frames in games are still underwhelming considering I am going from a 1050 to 2070S. If you think the CPU is what is stopping the 2070 from being able to perform at its best than I will look into that next. What CPUs do you recommend? And should I go to 16GB RAM? If you have any more questions that you want I will try my best to answer.
  2. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask for help I don't know where but: I recently installed a Nvidia RTX 2070S and new 750w power supply into my PC. Despite the fact that these were both big upgrades to my PC the performance of the PC has gone down. Things are for more prone to stop responding, things become sluggish if too much is open and I am getting lower frames on games than I was before (with the same graphics settings). Generally the performance is just worse. The drivers are up to date and I deleted the old drivers. I have 8GB of RAM and my CPU is an AMD FX(tm)-6350 Six-Core Processor. Everything on the PC is working, but just at lower performance than before. PLEASE HELP OR POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO ASK FOR HELP!
