    Fixed: Installing the latest Intel ME(16.1.25.1885v2) from ASUS fixed the issue. XMP works without any crashes. Stable for over a week now.
     
    Didn't think to try this after updating the BIOS initially but It did the trick. Hope this helps someone else.

    That makes sense and if it's true, not a great design on the Byski waterblock... They should have made it capable of using the same thermal pad placement and thickness as reference cooler.

    No problem. Windows 10 should work just fine on the new components. Also consider the oldest you can hackintosh with the RX 580 is macOS Mojave and the oldest you can hackintosh with the 5600 XT or 5500 XT is macOS Catalina. None of the Nvidia GPUs will work with macOS.
     
    I'd also recommend getting a new SSD since 80GB is pretty small and games will fill that up very fast.
