soo i put my usb driver in and like its my first pc soo i got to the bios to check boot priorities what should be first second and third and i tryed to boot it many time with different priorities. Sometime the screen gave me asus screen something its some blue windows logo for like an hour and sometime its just a bar in the top left corner and all three are last for hours dosent do nothing can somebody help me maybe its the flash drive i dont mind buying a new one but if somebody could like facetime me to help me or go on discord soo i can explain better

My new gaming rig has no cpu until next week and i tried to powered up the pc and nothing happened do you guys think its because i dont have the cpu yet? or its just that something is wrong with my pc ? if somebody could like help me on facetime until it work i will pay
