The plan is to make a FPS gaming pc that can run lot of the games at either max 1080p or 1440p at high, for a good reasonable price.(also maybe be able to do a little bit of video editing.) I don't want the price to go higher than $1,000 USD, the max I will accept will be $1,200. I have a current build in mind from watching a few videos and doing some research of my own. BTW all of the prices are from newegg.
Monitor: I only plan on one single monitor, I really don't think I'm gonna go for two but maybe we will keep that in mind, a 27" or 32" 2560x1440 144hz( please give me any suggestions on monitors that are really good for a reasonable price like the monitors I've been seeing are like 400 to 500 bucks easily.)
OS: I will most definitely need an OS. Also keep in mind I don't have access to a computer to make my own media tool, soooo don't know how that might work out.
Peripherals: I don't have a mouse, keyboard, nor a proper headset but I already have those in mind so I don't need help but if you do have any suggestions feel free to put them.
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 $174
MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk max$114 (I've heard that this board might not have the current BIOS to support this cpu)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V series, 2x8 kit at 3600 $76
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO gaming $299
SSD: WD Blue 500GB SATA III 6GB/s $64
HARD DRIVE: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM $50
PSU: EVGA 600 BQ 80 plus semi modular 600w $89 ( the power supply Im still iffy about, probably don't need 600w also I don't need a semi modular or fully modular PSU)
CASE: Fractal Desgin Meshify C $89 (white btw, I know it cost a bit more but I mean gotta have a little esthetic)
Total comes to about $955 USD without any tax or shipping fees also I know that prices will most definitely change because of COVID-19.
(Also I am very very very sorry for all of this information like this is a lot of stuff but I'm just trying to be a through as possible.)
