how do the amd and x570m hold up for high end gaming? ultra/high settings/4k but no more than 60fps

with i9 and z390 $3,500 aud amd 9 and b450m is $3,300 aud amd 9 and x570m is $3,700 aud a 2080 would push me past 4,000 which I don't want

I'm hoping to balance both video editing and gaming (around 4k 60)

not really past the name, i've got a 1tb m.2 nvme ssd and 2tb 7200rpm hdd along with a 2tb external hard drive

it's an asus tuf b450m plus gaming

I have limited options since I'm going through a third party to build it. With AMD 9 3900x I can do asrock x570m pro4 or asus tuf b450m, my main fear is that my motherboard won't be the best for my cpu, i'd rather go with intel since i understand it more and i'm opting for a more powerful cpu over gpu to cover video editing
