  1. my CPU idle at 35c, my GPU (GTX 1060) idle at around 50-52c and heats up to around 65c when playing games, the GPU fan starts spinning when the temperature is past 55c , is this something to be concerned about? I have 2 fans, one for intake(8x8cm) and one for exhaust(12x12cm) My motherboard doesn't have a chassis fan header so I had to resort to using a SATA-to-3 -pin header which connect directly to the PSU, as such I don't have the option to leave it to the BIOS to automatically adjust RPM according to the temperature and have to adjust it manually. (either low or max speed) I currently have it set to low speed, judging from the temperature, should I turn it up? I\d like to keep it low if possible because the max RPM generates quite a lot of noise.
  2. Ended up doing exactly this, marked the area with a marker and sawed it off andd that was it.
  3. First time building a pc, theres a screen on the right of the case after I removed the side panel which made installing the gpu very difficult (I managed to force it in by force somehow) however only after I put in the gpu did I realize that the screen is yet again blocking me from plugging in the 8 pin external power into my GTX 1060 and I have no choice but to remove it somehow. Please help, and whatever is this? Its seemingly unremovable and appears to be riveted in in multiple spot Thanks to it I also may have scratched my motherboard, gpu while installing the gpu because it blocked so much space I barely had any room for hand movement and collided the gpu against the motherboard heatsink many times
  4. (graph below) I've been having insane battery drain since the past 2 weeks where I would charge my phone to 80% like I normally do then use it and notice my battery visibly draining at insane rate, that is until just now when I restart it and charge it to 100% and now it has returned to normal. I'm very confused as to what is going on and what should I do if this happens again? initially I just thought the battery is going bad but now this clearly isn't the case.
  5. I'm trying to connect the EXP GDC beast (external gpu) via the wlan slot
  6. Recently I have purchased an EXP GDC beast 8 mpcie version along with a GTX 1060,550w PSU,molex to 8 pin cable to upgrade my HP elitebook 840 g2 soon the shipment arrives and in my excitement that I can finally play games at playable graphic setting and decent framerate I hurriedly screw my laptop open and to my horror, what awaits me in the wlan slot that I thought was supposedly a mini pcie wifi card was something else all along and the mini pcie is too large to for in the slot I took out the WiFi card and identified it to be a https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/84177/intel-dual-band-wireless-n-7265.html and its form factor turns out to be M.2 2230, M.2 1216 So do I have to order an NGFF cable to replace the mpcie one I have right now? Will an NGFF cable fit in the M.2 2230, M.2 1216 slot? and will the NGFF cable works with the mpcie version exp GDC beast? I have invested so much into this endeavor any help will be greatly appreciated
