Well considering that I am only playing fairly light games I dont think i'll need to do so i play about 5 games such as Borderlands 2, Apex (heaviest game on list), FO:NV, COD WaW, and Minecraft Bedrock.

I've tried bios mod.com and dont see anything there but I did very little research as I honestly dont mind sticking with a i5 2400 over my C2D E7500.

From what I can find I don't see a bios mod for the 790

Damn I was hoping to get an alternative to the over priced i7 2600

I've checked compatibility and it says that it's not but I've seen 3 videos on YouTube of people doing it but not as widely done as the older 775 to 771 mods.

So I'm getting an Optiplex 790 and a i5-2400 would it be possible to put a Xeon E3 1230 in it?

Is there a difference between the sff and mt mobos or are they the same size and connectors

Is the Dell Optiplex 330 case compatible with a Dell Optiplex 380 mobo?
