@will0hlep What if I could get slightly cheaper prices and maybe squeeze in some used parts and increase the budget to 35000 EGP ? and which part is the priority in the build incase I dont find the model listed.

Budget (including currency): 30000 EGP (Egyptian pound) Country: Egypt Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Autocad , Revit , and similar programs aimed towards architecture (and college). games are not a priority but I will play some games no matter the specs. Other details: Currently I have no parts , only the tower/case would be accounted for in the budget. upgrading from a low end workstation. buying probably in April of next year at most or whenever prices go down till then. I will be buying locally so the cheaper the better. But not at the cost of performance.
