  1. I can't believe I stop riding my bike regularly since I gotten my disability. Now I've getting back in to it since Sunday. I was going to replace my 26" Diamondback with a 24" one, but the shop I purchased my current one is not selling the bikes the owner used to. So I'm keeping this one. Now that I'm going to learn how to do my own bike upkeep sooner or later, anyone know of a good bike repair manual?
  2. So I rode my Bike today after not riding it for while. I'm out of shape, need to ride everywhere.
  3. Folks buy Celeron based Computers due to the low price. Most of us here would step up to at least a Pentium if can't afford anything else. Performance also depends on amount of RAM, speed of HDD, or using an SSD instead.
  4. Too bad I can't have a dog in my apartment.
  5. Thankfully my driver kit has flat tip bit but the keyboard will not come of.
  6. How much that that setup cost? Giving this more thought, I would need a hard bed shaker then an extra loud alarm. At least the sonic alert has a volume control.
  7. I wonder if I would benefit from the bed shaker more then the extra loud alarm? Just thinking that it would.
  8. I did watched this Video and the Pavlok shock device looks like something I would get or use. But not for over $100+. Now if I had a part time job that would be different.
  9. I don't have that kind of money. Don't you know that I live on a fixed income?
  10. I found this review here: https://www.dontwasteyourmoney.com/products/sonic-alert-sonic-bomb-alarm-clock/ and here: https://www.businessinsider.com/guides/sonic-bomb-alarm-clock-for-heavy-sleepers-review Maybe I'll get this one. If I did get that one in first place I wouldn't have to return the one I gotten.
  11. My hearing has gotten worse or so it seems since the I had one of these clocks. The last one was very loud and shook the mattress hard enough to get me out bed by itself.
  12. OK ordered and received a Extra Loud alarm clock w/ a Vibrating attachment form Amazon. Going to send this back. Wasn't loud at all nor did it shake the mattress much. For ~$26 perhaps I expected to much? It is a Mesqool product. Was looking at the Sonic Alert brand Sonic Bomb here: https://www.amazon.com/Sonic-Alert-SBB500SS-Extra-Loud-Flashing/dp/B000OOWZUK/ref=sr_1_5?crid=2Q0Z7GMSMTG7H&keywords=sonic%2Balert%2Balarm%2Bclock%2Bwith%2Bbed%2Bshaker&qid=1670553333&sprefix=sonic%2Balert%2Caps%2C99&sr=8-5&th=1 Need to read reviews first. Anyone know any reliable review Sites that does such reviews? I had one such product that worked well. It was loud and obnoxious, in addiction to shaking my bed hard enough to get my ass up.
  13. Well that setup will do 1080p with most games. Don't know what is available in Italy.
  14. Here: https://pcpartpicker.com/ You have to do your own research.
  15. Either Gamer's Nexus or Tom's Hardware I'm thinking.
  16. I remember those but I seen a few YouTube videos reviewing some other Vendor's SBCs that uses Intel SoCs. Plus a small notebook that uses a nice one.
  17. I figured it wasn't there yet. Saw some benchmarks where DDR4-3200 outperformed DDR5. I forgot what speed and latency it was at.
  18. The "Linux is only free if you..." been around since the mid 90's. Back when I was using OS/2 I was reading that. And that about UNIX Systems instead of Linux on the Desktop. Windows NT was still being worked on. But now Linux on the Desktop is a thing now. Not for everyone. But it works.
  19. I forgot about the GPIO Pins on these things. Yeah that will be useful. But I would just get a kid a ARM SBC w/ 4GB along with a proper KBM setup. That keyboard doesn't look that great for typing up code or school papers. Doesn't Intel make x86-64 SoCs for SBCs and such?
  20. I haven't been recently looking at current DDR5 pricing, but guess it would be high given that it is new tech. But I have to if the new memory is worth getting over DDR-3200 16 and 32GB dual module kits? Not that I will be building anytime soon, but plan anyway just to a budget I can save up for. IIRC DDR4 took a few years to practical over Standard DDR3-1600. Highly doubt that DDR5 will be any different. Crystal Ball anyone?
  21. I first watched a YouTube Video by explaining computers(20 min) about this device, late I found this webpage: https://liliputing.com/orange-pi-800-is-a-computer-in-a-keyboard-with-an-rk3399-processor/ Personally I really don't see a use case for this at all. Well it may be a bit better then the Raspberry Pi 400, but that at least comes with a wireless mouse. But what is the use case here? Instead I would have: 1. Come up with something that give Chromebooks a good run. 2. Use anything better than the Rockchip RK3399. 3. Have a least one M.2 Slot that is SATA/PCIe x2. 4. Better Keyboard, TKL? If its a Keyboard Computer. But We and I are not who would using this type of Computer anyway. I would rather give my child(don't have any) a lowend Chromebook or an older PC/notebook anyway. Anyone have ideas about this?
  22. I would just get 32GB and be done with it. You don't know how long you will be using your Rig. You may end up being broke in the future.
  23. Any Computer Tech Websites that does PC Hardware reviews? Preferably those that have a proper forum. Those that have a YouTube channel are almost a given. Not that this Forum isn't great, but it is easier to get details straight then watching some long video. But I have to some buy some things first before doing a build.
  24. Well there is already a much faster buss for RAM then PCIe v4 has. Unless you were referring to a I/O Card with Flash Memory on it.
  25. I that at least what that game, there is only 1 or 2 frame differences between PCIe x16 and x8 Slots, with a high end card. However with a few games at 4K Ultra settings, I've seen benchmarks where PCIe v4 has a noticeable difference. But I am wanting to into other stuff besides games later.
