    Corsair LED fans have two wires on them. An RGB wire and a PWM wire.
    The RGB wire is purely for the RGB, while the PWM wire is for speed control of the fan.
     
    If you need to get the Commander Pro or Node Pro, depends on where you plan to plug in the PWM wire.
    The Node Pro only does RGB, while the Commander Pro does PWM fan control too.
     
    The way you plug them in would be like so:
     
    Node Pro:

     
    Commander Pro:

    (note the difference is the green wires, which is for PWM control).

    Keep in mind you can't mix Corsair LED fans on one hub. Can't combine LL, SP, HD, etc. fans on one hub.

    that's what i would do as well...that way if you want a fancy 1440p high refresh monitor in the future or maybe even a VR headset you'll have a good GPU that can take more.
