  1. Hmm, not really sure why I would need to print these at a higher quality. But hey to each their own I can provide the STL if you like. I did not design it in Fusion I designed it in an app for iPad using an Apple pencil its quick and easy to do. No need to tinker with fine settings for something so simple.
  2. Hello, I have been building PCs for years and for the first time I decided to not just go all in on components but to go all in on everything. Below you will find a complete history of this build and the agony I went through to get it up and running. WARNING: Not for the faint of heart many parts were sacrificed due to reading diagrams the wrong way. The first delivery: So the first wave of parts come in and I went out and bought an H100i to test everything with. The liquid cooling wasnt to arrive for a bit longer as it was coming from Europe and this was right as COVID was kicking off. I needed to make sure that if I had to RMA anything that I could. The RAM is just too pretty: I love this RAM, its over priced yes but, no limits right? The first tests and then slumber: I built it to this point for testing, found everything to be working and then stopped building, the wiring is gross and overall the aesthetic just is not here yet. EKWB delivers: Stage 2: At this point I have tested the cooling system and filled the system. It runs but still not finished. It is still missing "me". The current build had its wires absolutely packed into the case nothing could move and it was just not a nice way to live. The solution? Sleeve all the cables and cut them all to the right length. Cables: Done?: No, I lit it on fire by reading one of the diagrams wrong. Oops, CPU, MOBO, Fan LEDs, waterblock LEDS, res LEDs, and the corsair LEDcontroller are gone. Order new parts to replace, I did not RMA them, I blew them up, so I ask that people stop giving me the advice to return them, thank you. More "Me": So while I wait for these parts I am watching some LTT and Linus is freaking out about LEDs. So, what better way to pay respects then to turn it up even more... So I order new RGB strips for the EKWB parts with twice the density of LEDs, I order 16 ring lights and 2 64 "pixel" grids. I then design and print closures for these lights and a control box. I hook them all up to USB ends for easy disconnect. I also decided to order a solid purple color for the liquid and I put some color to the white parts of the case. At this point I feel done. Its all complete we are good to go! But I burned out all the lights on the fans (again) and the corsair fan LED controller (again) because I swapped 2 pins from looking at the stupid diagram backwards again. So yet another 4 fans and another controller later, its on... it runs... it works. Its alive, beautiful and fully me . Here it is running... WARNING: There are a total of 1572 LEDs flashing wildly in this video... If you have epilepsy from insane lighting please do not follow link or watch the video. Thank you! Linus: If you see this, I hope you enjoy! https://photos.app.goo.gl/RkvreobaKHXoA8no6
