  1. Thanks a ton. Just a bit confusing since I haven’t built a rig in awhile but I was pretty sure that was the case. this all really boils down to a better safe than sorry kind of question cause I was pretty sure they wouldn’t label it like that if not. check twice not buy twice.
  2. I have it but I’m waiting on the last few parts to come in to put it all together. I didn’t catch any of the bad reviews on this board apparently... do you think I’ll have a problem with a ryzen 3600x and 1660 ti on this board when it comes to heat? I’d sure as hell hope not but apparently I’m special so I might as well ask
  3. Lol my bad but you knew what I was saying it doesn’t require but has 2x 8 pin connectors* so not only is it not required but you’d actually recommend against it huh? sorry if I offended anyone with the word sketchy or anything lol I haven’t built a pc in quit some time so I’m pretty new to modular psu’s and I’ve for sure never seen pci and cpu labeled together before. Appreciate all the helps though.
  4. Much appreciated. Don’t know why you’d had to be sideways about it because I said sketchy but thanks none the less
  5. Okay so, I’ll start with the fact that I’m aware that it is only required for heavy overclocking which I will not be doing BUT I’m OCD so I want to figure it out anyways. Sorry, because I’ve seen questions all over about it but with convoluted or uncertain specific answers. The real question I have is if This PSU will fully support my MOBO, in that it has the option for two mobo connectors? I have a motherboard( MSI mpg X570 gaming pro carbon WiFi) that requires 2x 4x4 connectors for cpu power to the mobo. The PSU I have ordered is a Corsair RM750x (will attach links of pictures to the exact one because there seems to be multiple different years and models) which has 3 ports labeled “6+2 PciE & 4+4 CPU” obviously you DO NOT power a cpu/mobo with a 6+2 pcie so it’s weird to me they would be together... but can I really just get the appropriate 4+4 and connect it to any of the three slots labeled with the 6+2 and 4+4 label? I looked up a pdf version of the manual and didn’t seem to see any specific answer or description so I was hoping someone could give me a hardline yes or no to weather or not all 3 of those ports are safe for a 4x4 eps12v or whatever it’s called that connects to the mobo Seems sketchy as I really don’t wanna fry a 600 ish dollar mobo/cpu combo
