You haven't clarified any brands and also: You don't need a server grade CPU for a minecraft server, it would actually make the server slower You don't need server ram for a minecraft server. Don't get cheap PSUs, instead, stick with Corsair, EVGA or seasonic

Minigame servers are really hard to make popular, trust me, I have one and i get 1 player online at peak hours (max)
