Im using 1 hdmi to hdmi and 1 dp to hdmi

Good evening everyone, I am struggling to find out what is wrong with my PC, I keep getting horizontal lines flicking across both monitors. Yeah ive already got the case and peripherals, so I can go for the micro board to just save money? I can get Corsair Vengeance RGB ram for £5 more? Gotta have that right haha, I think its the same spec?

I swapped out the GPU and MB, however it says there is an incompatibility issue?
