get eclipse and write games with opengles and just make little games and expand as you go. develop a meaningful framework to be  the start of a game engine

i say tech 5 engine specifically because teh language involved will give a good idea on how a very powerful game engine works

in terms of easiest to hardest i would assume
 
adding items and abilities = easiest
 
adding events and scripts to AI = medium
 
adding fullblown quests and areas would be most hard
 
note i did not suggest armor mods or actual item models that would require artistic skills but all in all should be between easy and medium to get working

Yeah blizzard in their efforts to make the game run on a toaster removed the wonderful methods of AA like multisampling and replaced it with crappy less intensive post processing methods like cmaa that make everything look blurry.

They are as good as a game can get when releasing a new one every year, but they are still fun. No matter how shitty the publisher might be and how poorly optimized it is, when it comes down to it, the story is good, the gameplay is fun, and graphics are nice. But definitely not worth $60 right now, wait for steam sale or something.

AMD cards have there own skew for Adobe... The 7970 rivals the 680. It destroys the 670.
Also heard the 670 doesn't have the same drivers that allow acceleration in adobe.

They are many factor for this. Sadly throwing generic computer model which can have a wide variety of specs, doesn't help me, help you. Please specific the exact specification of the computers. I want to know:
-> what processor it has, and at what speed it has (example: Core i7 930 2.8GHz)
-> how much RAM, and if possible how fast they go (example: 6GB of RAM 1600MHz)
-> What Windows they are running? (example: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit)

the 7970 is equivillent to nvidias 680 in most case. 7970 smokes 670 in ALL cases.
