Arrrtie got a reaction from muito_gostoso in CPU Reaching 90 under load
I was a little concerned about my temperatures over the last day, so I switched out my Air cooler for a 360 AIO. The CPU is still pretty okay on idle, (High 30s) decent with a few things running (low to mid 40s), but under heavy load, it's getting up to high 80s. Any suggestions on what I've done wrong? Currently have a total of 6 chassis fans + 3 on the radiator. Radiator fans are side mounted with air pulling in through the rad. Three more intake fans are mounted at the bottom, and 1 rear exhaust fan, and 2 top exhaust fans. It's also prettyloud, but I'm less worried about noise. Ideally I'd like to not have temps above 70 under load.

Basically before going to a prosumer platform the 3950x is the workstation cpu.
Ram wise you can use a fast nvme drive as a scratchdisk and let windows use as big of a pagefile on it as you want. This is what I do and it works wonders.
I can make you a build in a bit or if someone is faster they can post it as I'm pretty slow over analyzing every part :p.
