I know it's been three months since the thread was started, but here's my input. I have the X52 and R5 3600, idle temps are: CPU 40C, GPU (2060S) 37C, liquid 31C, Kraken X fan 870 RPM, Kraken X pump 2200 RPM. So I'd say you've got nothing to worry about, your temps seem just fine.

I went with the TUF B450 Pro Gaming as it has better thermals than the Tomahwk and better audio. Very happy with my purchase!

I'm really torn between the TUF B450 Pro Gaming and Tomahawk Max. I prefer the looks of the TUF B450 and it has better audio than the Tomahawk. Both are Ryzen 3000 series ready, so there's no dilemma about that. I guess I'll have to do some more researching.
