    Are all 4-pin PWM?

No, it's not. I don't have those options

    Are all 4-pin PWM?

the intake fan is connected to a 4 pin header. And in the bios, all i could find is that the bios have picked up the fan and that's it. I looked in all sub-menu and settings, the only fan related thing is what port they are connected to. I have also tried Argus monitor, but could not see or hear any differences in RPM or noises.
  3. note: English is not my first language! so, I am kind of new to the computer world, I can basics. So one day I bought a pre-build computer from lenovo (Lenovo Legion T530-28ICB) and experiences that the case is warming up to the point there i could burn my hand if i touch it under loade. I tried to increas the RPM on the fans that is already installed in the systems, but I could'nt because i can't find anything about fans or fan info in the bios, i tried to install SpeedFans but the program did'nt pick up the fans. I opened the computer, all fans have 4 cables and what i have seen, 4 cable is 4-pin, and 4-pin always have a PWM cable, right? Can i somehow control the speed of the fans? or should i replace them with others like noctua or cooler master. This is the front intake fan:
