So I bought a bit old motherboard G41T-R3 from Ecs, and i bought a 4gb ddr3 stick at 1600mhz. When it all arrived i putted it together and it didn’t work, i swapped the 4gb stick with a 2gb @ 1333mhz and it worked. Then i looked at the specifications of the board and I saw that it only supports ram at 1333mhz or slower. So is there a way i can slow down the 1600mhz one to 1333mhz?

So i found an old speaker and modded it to be able to be plugged in a motherboard, i first tried using its as a beeper and it was ok, but then i thought if it was possible for it to be plugged into AC 97' so I can use it as a speaker. I have 2 wires (black- and red+) how can I plug them to ac 97' to get a audio output? Or is it even possible? I have tried these combinations: black in pin 2 and red in pin 9, black in 5 and black in 9
I have a xeon L5420, 4gb of ram and a gtx 650 power edition. Some told me on discord to compare it to identical systems but no identical systems show up.
