    Either something came loose or the RGB died (they're not exactly high quality Leads so that's normal)

    You can start Chrome without addons (safe mode) and if it fixes things, then start adding them back one-by-one. Or if you are installing Windows again, just reinstall Chrome too.

    The CPU is under full load, so maybe you have malware.

    Once the head is crimped, you can't reuse it. You'll have to get a crimp kit with a set of heads if you really want to reuse that cable. Otherwise it's irreparable, those cables are delicate and they wrap around each other for EMI protection.
