So i talked with my dad and he told me the 5ghz offers less coverage but is stronger, and the 2.4ghz offers more coverage but the signal is weaker. We are probably going to completely shut down the 2.4ghz since it is not the one i want to be connected to. Thanks for the help!

there is no option to do so, i would have done it already..

So i recently changed my wifi plan to a 400mbps internet speed, the wifi is fast and great, it is wireless. I use a TP-Link ARCHER AC1300 wireless adapter, but ever since i switched internet, The TP Link just switches to my old and not working wifi. Therefore, when I am playing games, it just randomly dissconnects and I have to reconnect, but i get lagged out by the time i reconnect. I need help. Can somebody please Help me? How do i lock it onto only one internet connection? As you see in the pic, there are 2 Sky7's The 2.4GHZ is the right one but there is also a 5GHZ wich i do not want it to connect to.
