You don't really get SATA power cables with anything. They come direct from the PSU.

If you have no spare SATA power connectors on the PSU, you can split them using the cable you first linked, to plug that splitter into one of the connectors from the PSU and then into two drives. That said, the CX650M has at least 2x SATA power connectors on each of the SATA power modular cables, so unless something else is using the other connectors, you should have at least one spare.

Oh and obviously don't send them anything, don't even respond. Just report them and be done with it.
(That way maybe other less intelligent people will have not have to deal with that.)
Also you could've done that in 1 post. 😉

Oh for sure and if the Willjum content has been seen, can i recommend Spoonkid, his chill demeanor and totally unenthusiastic voice makes for great hilarious content. 😄

Hmmm did you check if you don't have a bunch of crap/bloatware running at system start ? What's your CPU usage % and your power consumption ? What are the running sofwares in Task Manager?
There's 0 reason for a system to be at 59C "idle" and 65C at load, it means it runs stuff when "idle"

Sorry for spamming but this is just Hilarius😂😂. So i did a bit more searching and found out 2 things. ryzen and intel work totally different when it comes to core usage. and i also found a guy who had the exact same issue with a ryzen cpu. he changed cooler and paste but it did little to nothing. he then decided to check his usage and it was doing 15% which is normal for just youtube and some apps like discord opened. He tried closing some apps (and the logitech g hub that was using about 7%) and saw a ddrastic chnage from 59c idle to 30c idle. so I did the same thing and guess what...
