I understand that it takes so many resources to run a game but is it normal for my GPU to run so low in a game like r6 or Monster hunter world?

sorry for the late response and yes i went into the NVidia website to download the drive thought my desktop is using a GTX1060 by ZOTAC is it different?

I am new and need help sorry for my lack of understanding of PC but i still cannot solve this problem my last option is to use DDU So This problem started 2 weeks ago when i was about to play a new game COD:Warzone During this time i had some problems prop out that i didn't have any NVIDIA Graphics drivers. So i went into their website and downloaded their latest driver for the GTX1060. After a series of installment and black screens during installment everything went back to normal but now sometimes i notice some hiccups in the frames and movement even in not so demanding games CS:GO had low frames and Rainbow which I set to minimum is still only running at 50 to 60 before going up to 90. having this problem I went ahead and see my task manager and this is when i saw something weird my CPU Is always at 50% when running games sometimes only browsing chrome but my gpu? 0 to 20% is the max it ever gone up can you guys please help i am seriously at a lost everytime i look at my gpu for the past 2 weeks My PC Components CPU: i5-7500 3.40GHz RAM: 16 GB GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB
