  1. The noise was coming out of the new corsair ll120 fans and nvidia card fans, and the nvidia card was taking a few seconds to power up and stop the loud fans. I saw this only happened ever since I changed my ryzen 2600 with a 3700x. I swapped them back and the issue was gone like magic. Thought it had to be with VRMs or power supply but I see lots of people with the same motherboard and similar power supply but with no issues whatsoever. specs once again are: b450f gaming rog strix vengeance pro rgb 3200 32gb 4x8gb evga gold semi 650w ryzen 2600 970 evo plus 250gb wd blue 500 ssd2.5"

  3. I think reinstalling Windows 10 and installing the graphics drivers should've solved that, no? I could try again but it just seems like reinstalling the whole OS did it already. I also read online about "lack of power" but wasn't so sure about it as I just saw that from one particular user.
  4. Hi there, a few months ago I asked some advice on changing my previous Ryzen 5 2600 and RTX 2060 over a 3700X and a 2080 SUPER. I still rock the same B450 GAMING-F ROG STRIX and my 650W Gold PSU. I recently got my brand new CPU, Asiahorse power sleeve extensions for my PSU, and extra kit of 16GB 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB like the ones I used to have, so now I've got 32GB. I managed to install it all and also the Wraith Prism cooler. However, now when I turn on my computer, the fans on my GPU fun at 100% for like 7 seconds, really loud, the "GEFORCE RTX" logo doesn't light up during those 7 seconds until the fans stop (FE model), my Wraith Prism cooler turns on the RGB but the fan doesn't start running during those 7 seconds of loud GPU fans. After those seconds are over, the boot up screen shows on my PC and every goes back to normal. My fans stop running loud, the cooler fan of the CPU starts running and the rest goes on perfectly. No issues with Windows when using it at all. I just also installed a fresh new copy of Windows 10 Pro yesterday to see if it wasn't something messing up the software when I upgraded CPUs. I also updated the BIOS to the latest version and reinstalled all of my software such as ASUS AURA, ICUE, and GeForce Experience, but today I just turned it on and it does it again. :( Any thoughts?
  5. That's true. What about my power supply? Is that something I should consider upgrading too? I believe I do not but it's an evga 80+ gold 650w semi-mod. I don't think the 3700X has that much an increase in voltage consumption. I'm about to purchase these items so I'm trying to avoid any mistakes as possible.
  6. Yeah, I'm honestly not that much into overclock yet but if at Stock it can work perfect, then I guess it will be fine. Now, do you guys recommend the 3700X or 3600X? I'm using the 2080 Super so I wanna make sure there won't be any sort of bottleneck.
  7. Well I just made my Graphics Card upgrade from 2060 to 2080 Super. The thing is that I still have my old 2600 on a ROG Strix B450 F. I looking for a 3600X or 3700X to replace it with, but many people talk about VRMs and still do not know that much about it. Would my ROG STRIX B450 F still hold a 3700X flawlessly or should I get a 3600X instead? Or should I go with new Motherboard and CPU? Thanks!
  8. I recently upgraded from a 2060 non-Super version to a 2080 Super, but my CPU remained the same, a Ryzen 5 2600. Is there any potential bottleneck that I should be aware of or should I upgrade the CPU? If so, which one would be the best for the RTX 2080 Super? (I'm trying to stay in the AMD team by the way, my current motherboard is an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING)
