No it is not beeping. And as for turning on and off. Sometimes when I turn it on, it turns off after 5-6 seconds and then turns back on but it doesn't repeat that, then I have to press the power button to turn it off.

Yeah maybe the hardware isn't powerful enough. I was just testing if this old CPU could do low resolution encoding. Anyway, I also agree that the issue is unrelated to NewTek NDI installation. Also there is no dedicated GPU, I cannot confirm the exact model of the CPU or if it has onboard graphics, although I can confirm that it is a Core 2 Duo. But it used to have display before this issue happened. And as for the PSU, the fan is working on it and it is sending some power to the system asthe Power LED is lit up and the CPU fan is also running. Nevertheless I would try and see if I can swap the PSU. Thanks for the help.

I can't boot it into safe mode. The monitor simply says "No video input". The keyboard doesn't work either. And I don't know how DDR3 is working on the said platform, I'm not very informed on that topic, but it had been working like this for a year or 2.

Trying to diagnose and troubleshoot my home's 10 year old PC. Configuration: CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo RAM: 4 GB DDR3 MoBo: Zebronics(not sure of the model, and I can't open BIOS to confirm) OS: Windows 10 Home I was trying to capture video from my laptop to stream some gameplay or coding sessions using my old home desktop. I didn't want to invest in a capture card as I was just bored at home and was trying something new, so I went for outputing video over LAN. I downloaded and installed NewTek NDI SDK on my laptop and PC as I followed the tutorial given by Streamlabs. After completing the installation I rebooted my PC I saw the power LED light up but, I got no display on the monitor. The LEDs on the keyboard and mouse wouldn't light up either. However, when I connect the LAN cable to the PC, I can see the port LED light up on my router. Here are the things that I tried: Reinstalling RAM- removing and putting the RAM back into the slots. Clearing CMOS- cleared the CMOS using the jumper Replaced the CMOS battery Disconnecting Hard Drive and reconnecting. None of the above mentioned troubleshoots have worked. Can anyone help me?

I have a D-Link DIR-816 dual channel router at home. Recently my mom accidentally pulled its plug out. After that when I switched it back on, it was receiving signal from the WAN port but it was not sending 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi signals. The LED's for both the channels were OFF, only the power and WAN port LED's were ON. I couldn't even get any connection via an Ethernet cable. Any possible fixes? Edit: I forgot to mention I tried the basic troubleshooting of rebooting, and reseting the router didn't work.
