how can i troubleshoot each component?

Hi My pc randomly becomes unresponsive and restarts on its own, every time it happens my task bar glitches out with the search function on win 10 disappears. I checked event viewer and every thing seems fine. Intel Core i5-8400 3.0 GHz 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb temps are good and when it crashes, it restarts on its own and after 1min of booting it tells me to insert a usb with an operating system, a simple press on the power button to turn it off then press again to turn it on, everything is fine. Then crashes at a random time, could be seconds or hours. how can i fix this?

also DistributedCom is also reported as error in somecases

ok so In event viewer a source called DistributedCom is always labelled as warning. The critical are sudden shut downs like kernel-power

it 1 and a hal years old, i already tested my ram and there no problem there

hi My pc randomly crashes at random times, i could be gaming, watching yt or just afk. It suddenly stops responding apart from my mouse. The task bar especially the search bar disappears and or starts to glitch out, then my screen turns all red but i can still move my mouse. This doesn't happen on safe mode tho. How can i fix this?

i dont think its a corrupt file, i ran SFC on cmd and every thing was goog, according to driver checker everything is good and i changed my ram stick and still have the issue

Hi My pc randomly freezes or crashes.At random points of the day. I might be in a game, afk or just watching a video then audio sometimes keeps on going when it freezes and sometimes the audio is stuck. I dont think is a software problem because even in the bios sometimes the pc is laggy. Im suspecting eighter a CPU or motherboard problem. Can someone help me with this issue? A simple shut and power down makes the pc run again normally for N/a time. Stop codes for types of blue screen that occured UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION . Memory Management Critical_Process_Died (Most common one) kernel_data_inpage_error

how do i find out if its the cpu or mother board have a problem? is there a way?

yup it also happens in the bios, and also i dont have the option of an XMP in dram

HI At random points my pc is unresponsive then after a few seconds a bdos pops up with the code UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION . All drivers are up to date and i uninstalled unit virus also i did the SFC scan and found nothing. How can i fix this?
