Help!

I've been running f@h on my pc for a while, but today after I pressed 'spacebar' to open it up from idle my web control turned off all of my processes and started refreshing the page...
My pc was still maxing out (task manager was open) but nothing was being shown so I rebooted my pc, only to find no changes for the web control only this time I couldn't sign in. Every time I try to do anything f@h refreshes the page and closes all things I have open. The desktop shortcut seems to not do anything either...
The imgur link at the top is a video of the web center keeping me from doing anything, can anyone please help?
