Thanks a lot man,thank you for the time you gave me nothing forced you to help me but you did.The thing is im like really young (14) and yeah i know i have a nice build for a 14 year old no my parents aren't rich i just happen to have really loving parents that help me when i need it and would give me the world so i can live a good life (atleast until i go to college) But i have extreme paranoia and if the slightest thing happens example: my pc stutters i get really really worried and i can't sleep because of it.Not to mention i've had countless problems with some of my old hardware my corsair vengeance ram broke the first week i got my pc so i had wait a week for the RMA to replace it same goes for my RTX 2060 i found out that since the first week of me getting the pc my gpu fans didnt want to spin creating huge temps.So thanks for all the help there man.If the problem persists what could i do? I already have the lastest chipset on my mobo.It even turned out i didn't have realtek installed at all on my pc so could that have messed the audio up?

Oh I didn't know about that. Usually I went with beQuiet! For PSUs but I had heard so many good things about the Seasonic Prime series that it encouraged be to try it. Also there's a 12 years warranty so I was expecting quality.

Could you remove the fan and the CPU so we can see the socket and back of the CPU?
Then we could see if there are any bent pins

You may have bent a pin without noticing or loosend the ram, a cable,... just check if everything is plugged in right first and if that doesn't do anything check for bent pins or any debry in the socket.

I would try putting the old cpu in and see if that works, then you can tell if the new cpu has issues or if something else may be wrong

What's the use case? If for music what do you listen to? How much are your really willing to spend? Do you already have existing audio gear? If so what? What specific sound signatures do you desire? 
There are headphones from $50-1000+ that match your description and I don't wanna sit here all day and list all the headphones in my head so please answer these questions to help me and others out to narrow down what we think are best for you

Since it's for work, I won't suggest OC your CPU since you need stability. So to be honest, the stock cooler is fine if you keep your 3900X at stock. 

Thomann makes clones of the SM57 and 58 that are consistently reviewed as being better than the original for about a third the price, like I said, Shure is industry standard for a reason but that doesn't mean there aren't better options for cheaper. 

I've got more than enough microphones already and generally am not a massive fan of dynamic mics but when I eventually get around to micing up a full drum kit it's gonna be the 57 clones on toms and snare, ISK pearls on OH (blind test show people like them over the equivalent Neumann) and probably a 212 or EV PL33 on bass. Dynamics in my eyes have a purpose and to me it's micing high-spl sources like drums and amps (so long as you don't already use a ribbon or condenser for that).
But I digress....
Lots of people enjoy them on vocal and I'm not about to tell people that they're wrong for liking a different microphone design to me, I might like tube condensers but I understand that they can be very expensive and that other people are certainly allowed to like different sounds.

I tend to agree, Shure is the industry standard for live mics for a reason, they just don't break.
There are better sounding options for cheaper but Shure certainly is the biggest name in live microphones.

I must stress though, they won't sound anywhere near as 'crisp' or 'detailed' as your 414 just by virtue of being a dynamic microphone.
It may not pick up as much background  and so long as you're okay with lower quality audio a dynamic might be the right choice, if so, Tbone, Sennheiser, Samson, Behringer and Shure are your choices for brands. Check out Podcastage if you want to head the difference between models, he usually has reviews on stuff like that.

That is weird.  thx for mentioning....  I mean as long as its on a server near you it should give same results on both browser and app as I have done heaps of testing and I get similar results for both.  But hand it to uncle billy for the app acting weird,, sighs

Oh crap shoot that is not good news.  My advice is ride it out another week or two until the new 2020 update comes along and that should fix your situation.  If not we will do some troubleshooting and fix you up.

I have the Sennheiser Game Zero headset and the Creative Soundblaster Z. And i really like the sound. so thats's the route i would go. I'm done with USB Gaming headsets. especially the Razer kraken.

I wanted to respect your budget, if you can go for a Ryzen 3600 go ahead. I would suggest 3600MHz memory if you go with 3rd gen Ryzen, since it's the sweet spot.

I have tried swapping the GFX card between PCIe slots, this didn't make any difference. I also only have one stick of RAM (16GB Dual Rank) in slot 4 on the Motherboard. I tried switching the RAM between the slots to see if it made a difference but it didn't so I have just left it back in slot 4 where it should be.
 
In terms of lights on the motherboard, there are only the ones during booting up the PC. It cycles through the LEDs (Amber, Red, Green, White) then boots up as normal. A few times when it crashed it would hang on the Amber (RAM) light and would not boot until I turned it off completely for a few minutes. This is what made me try a Memtest originally but it all came up clear with no errors so I was puzzled with it. I have had someone else who had the same crash issues as me (They described the exact types of crashes I was having) say that their problem was also with the motherboard and they had to replace it.
 
I think i'm going to order a replacement and see if it makes any difference. Maybe I just got unlucky with a faulty Motherboard. Thanks for the help and i'll get back to you if i'm still having issues.

Nice post chief.  Well doesn't his video card have other DP ports try those try changing cable and or:  Change it to another PCIe slot on your board.

It’s possible that dp port on gpu went bad. Any chance you can test the monitor on different pc? Or this card on different monitor using dp
