  1. Hi, I'll be greatful for some help with my brand new Strix G 531-GW-AL099T laptop. I have it for 2 days and played World of Warcraft for maybe 4h in that time and it froze twice. By freezing I mean mouse not responding, nothing happening on the screen, nothing. It happened in performance mode. I noticed my mouse powering down in that time and both times my laptop screen + external monitor were on. 1st time it happened when I was opening new tab on laptop screen while game was on the main monitor. 2nd time I cant recall. Pressing ROG button helped within 20-30s to unfreeze it and after unfreezing I noticed in Afterburner that my GPU clocks would go to 300Mhz and they wouldnt go up without restarting the game. Tempartures are around 85degrees so this was very surprising to me. I have no issues running Aida64 with CPU or CPU+GPU test for 30min+. I just did a full drivers updates from Asus support site as I previously only upgrades Nvidia drivers and I'm running a stress test. My ideas are that it's got something to do with my video card so 1st thing would be to turn off the "curve profile" from afterburner (which was determined by OC scanner). 2nd would be to not run THrottleStop and see if both of these change anything. My last idea is to return the laptop (which I would really like to avoid but I can do it for next 10days). Spec: 9750H 16GB RTX 2070 Undervolting - 155mv core / -35mv cache (cache won't let me go any further) MSI afterburner on with curve that was determined by the OC scanner Network connection through WIFI.
