It's sitting around 130 now and I have a 1440p 144hz monitor. Just expected more performance than what I am getting

Max Frame rate set to unlimited Render distance set to 8 4GB ram allocated increases FPS by 15-20 frames Any other suggestions? Seems oddly low for the system

Hoping for some help because I am confused as to why my minecraft has been running at less than 40FPS with SEUS PGI 12 Shaders and when I turn them off I get ~110 FPS with and without optifine. FPS the same regardless of Resource Pack.
