My main use is for video editing (Premiere pro and after effects) and gaming. I also want to make sure that when i do upgrade my GPU, i don't have to upgrade my CPU anymore

CURRENT SETUP CPU: FX-6300 @4.2Ghz GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 6GB AMP! RAM: 8 GB SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250GB PSU: Seasonic 620W Monitor: 24 inch 1080p 60hz I'm planning to upgrade my pc due to sub-par performance with my current setup. I use this pc mainly to play games and do some editing using premiere and after effects. The games that i play now is CS:GO at lowest settings (getting 140 fps and some fps drops to 90 fps (considered low for CSGO)) and PUBG at lowest settings (only getting around 40-50 fps with a lot of fps drops to around 12 fps). I realised that the culprit is my CPU bottle-necking my GPU and my RAM is not enough for video editing and playing PUBG which takes A LOT of memory. Therefore, i am planning to upgrade my CPU, Mobo, and RAM. My main goal is to future-proof my build so the only thing that i need to change in the future is my GPU 1. My question is should I buy the intel 8700 or should i go with the ryzen 1700? The ryzen is $100 (if counting the motherboard and RAM price difference) cheaper and i might use that money to buy an aftermarket cooler to overclock it. Side questions: 2. Should I just go for 8600k and overclock it? considering that i have to buy z370 because h370 is not available yet? 3. Should I wait for zen+ which should arrive around March? So i just got the SE315, the sound is great when its plugged in to my phone (Note 5) but when i connect it to my pc the sound is very sharp that it makes me uncomfortable listening to it. Is it because of the onboard audio on my pc? Do i have to buy an external dac/amp to solve this problem? Side note: I burned in the shure for 40 hrs and the sharp sound reduces but its still very sharp compared to when connecting to my phone. Also the connection setup on my pc is Rear 3.5mm port > Razer Blackwidow > Shure SE315 Does this affect the performance? Thanks

Is the SHP9500 that good?? im planning to upgrade from my m50x to a better headphone, the X2 is a lot more expensive than the SHP but.... people say its better???? im planning to use it for gaming and mainstream music (bassy music) although im not a basshead or some sort. Soundstage and better comfort is my main concern and i have a relatively big head so i am also concern that the head band on the X2 doesnt fit me (My head touch the plastic top of siberia v2) Thanks

Im upgrading my headset from ath-m50, which one should i buy? i use it for gaming and some mainstream music. the x2 is $100 higher than the dt990 pro so if im buying the X2 i cant buy an amp immediately because my budget is $300 but if i buy the dt990 pro i can buy the e10k. Which one is better? and is the X2 good without an amp? (i will get the e10k in a few months if i buy the x2) Thankss

I wear glasses but i never really have any problems with glasses while using headphones so do you think that i should stay away from the dt990 pros and look for better solutions?

2 Years ago i bought the Audio-Technica ATH-M50x because of all the hype it gets, its the first $100+ headphone that i bought. The top of my head hurts when using the m50x for a long period of time so im thinking to upgrade to the beyerdynamics dt990 pro 250 ohms because people say that its comfortable and sounds good. I am using it for gaming and some music but i only listen to mainsteam music. If i do upgrade im also going to buy the fiio e10k connected to my pc. Is it worth the upgrade or should i just stay with the m50x? Side note: i prefer open back than closed back Thanks!
