I'm not super sure what's wrong, but my monitor (HP 22CWA) started doing this tonight and I am not sure what is wrong. It seems to stop whenever I go over to the monitor from my second monitor, but it honestly hurts to look at.
Also, big seizure warning here. This probably won't vibe well if you're seizure prone.
My specs are:
CPU: i5-7500
RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX
GPU: GeForce 1660
I tried a driver update and it didn't seem to work. The video of the problem is linked below.
