  1. I do not have the supplies necessary in order to do that
  2. I have already tried that screwdriver on the heatsink, unfortunately it didn't work out.
  3. I have already taken out the 2 screws at the bottom of the picture (it doesn't detach from the heatsink), it's just the 2 screws at the top that won't come out; and yes, I also believe it might be tightened down really hard.

  5. Hi. I am trying to remove my 4th gen Intel Core i3 processor and replace it with a 4th gen Intel Core i7 processor. The main problem I'm having is removing the screws of my CPU Cooler (the heatsink alongside with the fan). I have already taken out 2 of the screws which are at the bottom, but the other 2 screws at the top are hard to take out (corresponds to the picture provided.) The PC I am working with is a Dell Inspiron 3847. Any help will be appreciated.
