Yeah, so you need an audio amplifier that supports 8 ohm impedance speakers  .... other than that the connectors don't matter. They can be with connectors like the ones in the Pyle amp you linked to, but it could also be with RCA connectors (those round like coaxial cable connectors) and you could just buy RCA cables and cut one end to connect the wires to the speaker.
 
That pyle amp would do the job, it has a lot of inputs so that's a plus as you can connect all the stuff and just switch between inputs, but the downside is that the audio quality is probably crap. It's also low wattage... it's at best 2 x 20 watts with 4 ohm speakers, maybe 2 x 10-15 watts with 8 ohm speakers. I don't think that you really need more than 10-15 watts in a room so it would be ok.

Should have very good quality, but you'd have to constantly switch rca cables if you move it between devices.
 

No, Z490 are LGA 1200. They're for 10th and 11th gen Intel CPUs.
X470 are AM4 and for AMD CPUs.

The PC I ordered of ebay was wrapped in bubble wrap then put in between two layers of short boxes inside of a rather large box. Can't say it's cheap to ship it that way but the computer was pristine inside

Just make sure you dont go thin on the box. 

Its box that it was in is the best. Its free, already comes in with foam, and the PC usually wont budge. If you dont have the box anymore, a wooden crate or cardboard box with vaguely the same size, with foam like what @SlashedMpoint out is good, but im the kind that prefer packing peanuts.

These are what most companies use, I like using this in addition to bubble wrap, maybe packing paper, or those air packs. 

Anything really gonna work imo, those 2 only weighs about 10kg (22lbs) and all youll need is a vesa mount that supports both 75mm and 100mm on its description.

Reinstalling changed nothing. Probably just have to reseat again

I get where you’re coming from with getting a used 1080 but I also use my pc heavily for vr. I’ve always wanted top of the line (2080 ti performance) but could never really afford it. While 3070 are pricey, I’d be willing to pay a little bit extra if it means better performance inside the headset

BB had a drop yesterday during the 3060 launch. It was abysmal. I was watching a stock tracker stream with over 5k viewers and at the end of it only 2 people reported having secured a 3060. And only a little over 100 people got a GPU of any kind.
 
I think generally BB seems to do bi-weekly drops or so? But I'd just keep your eye out for any news. 
 
As for why they sell at MSRP, well that's their decision. I guess they have decided as a company it's not worth their time, and/or the possible reputation hit to intentionally sell items above MSRP.

The reason why it's being sold at MSRP is that the card is provided by NVIDIA and they can absorb the tariffs imposed on computer hardware. The AIBs like EVGA and MSI are operating on such thin margins that if they sold their cards for MSRP they'd be losing money. 

Open the search bar and type "diskmgmt.msc".
Select your 1TB partition (should be letter C ) and click "shrink partition". Set it so that there are 450 GB left over, and click "Ok".
Then, get a disk cloning tool and clone one partition to another.

When you can, check to make sure the RAM's RGB firmware is up to date if G.Skill has their own RGB lighting software. A similar situation happened to me with Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM modules and iCUE updated the firmware and fixed itself. 
 
Also, check to make sure there is nothing putting pressure on the RAM stick. 

It's safe, I've used it for years. Everything will transfer perfectly.

I don't really have any need for it seeing as I'm not anywhere near needing a work computer. Plus, I have an old prebuilt and windows 10 home has pretty much all of the features I need so that's why I passed. Also windows 10 home is cheaper and it's a way to cut costs and fit better hardware into my budget.

USD? 600-700. You won't be able to get as much as a custom system, because Dell uses non-standard motherboards and power supplies, so upgradability is usually limited.

why would you need an optical drive anyway? It is not a must-have since 2012...
sure it is good to have it, but not for 30$, or what ever price they offer it for

Optical drives are handy, and I've always deducted 2 points on any build review.
I usually say "ignore the optical drive part" but I guess I didn't this time? 9/10.
