  1. Huge help, I will give this a try and see if it resolves.
  2. I appreciate the comment. On this issue, it was definitely the PSU. I replaced the PSU with a much better one and learned the PSU is not the place to save cash!
  3. Sorry, I always forget to layout the specs. This is a recent streaming rig build with the following components: Mobo: ROG STRIX B450-F CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC PSU: EVGA Supernova 550 GA 550W 80 PLUS GOLD RAM: G. SKILL Ripjaws V 16GB 3600 DDR4 SSD: Crucial P2 500GB M.2 No overclocking; running with XMP enabled, but nothing else modified.
  4. My streaming rig occasionally does not fully post. Flipping off then on the PSU resolves the issue and it posts just fine...aside from this the PC operates just fine. Sometimes following a sleep cycle, it fails to "awake" and I have to shut it down, cycle the PSU and it boots just fine. Thoughts?
  5. The resolution happened to be my PSU. I purchased a new PSU and sent the current back for a refurbished replacement...so now I have a back-up PSU.
  6. Welp....it's not the Keyboard or mouse hardware. Just shut down using the redragon keyboard and mouse. Uninstalled G-hub again and will see if that works...stay tuned.
  7. So i keep posting here in case it helps someone else. Rebooted the PC and did a complete uninstall of Logitech G-Hub using Revo Uninstaller. Reinstalled G-Hub, configured the keyboard and mouse (G815 & G502 respectively). Played/streamed the remainder of the day with no issues and shut the PC down at 1a. Turned it on this morning, everything worked fine for about 2-3 hours then....it turns off. Reboot G-Hub no longer sees Keyboard and Mouse and a few minutes in, it turns off at the exact moment i click the mouse. Reboot, goes to windows login screen and PC shuts down the second i click the mouse..... I left it off for 2 hours and finished my work on my laptop.... Rebooted the PC, and it let's me sign into windows...G-Hub still not seeing the hardward....and five minutes in it shuts off the second I hit a keystroke on the keyboard. I unplug the keyboard and mouse and connect my old shitty red dragon gaming keyboard and mouse. Reboot and what is now 1.5 hrs later, no issues......... Has anyone ever heard of this before? What the hell could it be? I somewhat recently started connecting my G502 mouse to the USB pass through on the keyboard, could that be it? Thoughts anyone, I'm desperate to figure this out. I'm on the brink of a data backup and complete wipe and reinstall of all programs/drivers.
  8. Logitech still off with no shutdown.... Going to relaunch and see if it does it again.
  9. Ok, so BIOS was updated and the issue remained. Then I changes the power cables one at a time to see if I got isolate the issue....random shut down with reach one. Now, I'm back to all original power cables and still got a shut down... Now this may sound crazy, but I think this might be tied to the Logitech G-Hub software (is this even possible). I uninstalled the software and while uninstalled, did not experience the shut down. Installed the software and still good....configured my keybinds, settings, profiles, and then shut down. I've now restarted the PC without restarting the G-Hub application and so far, no shut down. But my keyboard back lighting and configuration is not on. Keep in mind, after the first random shut down the Logitech Software did not recognize that my mouse and keyboard were connected. Could this be the issue?
  10. Working on that now and also flashing the BIOS with the latest update, just realized a new update dropped on 7/2.
  11. What power supply do you recommend? What's wrong with the current, just for information. I'm still learning on the whole PC build.
  12. I have a newer PC build, completed in late March. Up until now, I have not really had any issues, posted on the first boot up. Just recently, the PC started randomly shutting down. I have an ASUS Strix X-570-E Mobo and after I turn it back on I get the standard "AA" code. The only thing I have changed is the addition of power jacketed power extension cables (for looks) and the PC is not plugged into a back-up battery. The PC is not completely losing power, as the ASUS ROG logo stays lit on the MOBO just like always... Not sure if it's related, but I would like to add that for some reason, since this has occurred. My Logitech G-Hub software boots, but does not recognize that my LG keyboard and mouse are connected to the computer. However, the keyboard and mouse are obviously working. Anyone have a clue? Specs: CPU - Ryzen 5 3600x GPU - Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super OC MOBO - Asus Strix X570-E RAM - Trident Z 3600 DDR4 PSU - EVGA 750w B5, 80 PLus Bronze HD1 - Samsung Evo Plus 500gb M.2 HD2 - WD Black 1TB M.2
  13. No worries, I was finding that same info. That said, I'm in no position to question anything at this point. I'm not finding anything else about this issue and also, my BIOS is up to date.
  14. There are only 2 M.2 slots and I can't find any reference to shared resources (see image) My boot drive is installed on the top M.2 and the drive that crashed is installed on the other. My graphics card is installed in position "1".
