Budget (including currency):400 Country: tunisia Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:gaming, light streamin, video editing. I was gonna get a really good pc but my results were bad and my parents won't buy me one, but i have saved 550 dollar and i will use the other 150 dollars to get a monitor and a keyboard.

I a going to build a pc with a ryzen 7 3700x, 16gb ram 3200 mhz, b450 elite mobo, 550w psu from corsair 80+ bronze, 480 gb ssd But i'm not sure wichcto choose, and rx 5700 xt or an rtx 270super? Cuz there is a 100 dollar difference wich here in tunisia is a LOT

it's ok now but the only problem is that it said it's an r7 m440 not 340

ok so i have a laptop that has a radeon r7 m340 in it but it stopped working when i disabled the integrated graphics and when i try to open a game it would say that it doesn't support directx 11 wich is weird because it could support even directx 12, it started yesterday when i was gonna open fortnite but when i opened it it worked for like 20 seconds then poof! it stopped. i tried downloading all the drivers but nothing… it wouldn't work . now i have to play on my integrated graphics wich aren't a lot worse but still it's a difference from like 30 fps on wwz to 25 and more fps dips , what can i do to repair it

I found an old alienware m17x r4 that has pretty old hardware but the good thing is that it has a quad core cpu and the seller said that you can upgrade the gpu idk if it's true AND it's for 700dinars in my country witch means it's around 230 euros so should i buy it?
