I am going to upgrade my current pc i57400 cpu gtx 1060 gpu I will be putting a new ryzen7 3700x cpu rtx2070super and msi b450 motherboard and new 750wattpsu what steps do I need to do before taking the old parts out and putting new ones in what do I do after I boot it up after the new parts and do I keep windows 10 or do I need to install it again with a usb Thank you for the help

I tryed over clocking my samsung monitor to 75hz from 60hz was fine to start with but after 5 minutes the whole screen was sturring couldnt stop it so I turned my pc off and on now it won load onto windows cant get it past the gigabyte screen is there anyway I could reset my monitor back to normal refresh rate without going onto windows
