    Hello people, i have had a PC for a while now and it has a ryzen 3 2300x and a gtx 1650 I sometimes play games like fortnite and csgo but whenever I put I go into a game and my fps doesn't reach the cap limit my cup is at 100%. Is there any way that I can lower my cpu usage and play on unlimited fps?
