  1. I have fixed the issue by uninstalling my speakers and installing them again. I can't believe I spent like 1 month trying to fix it then giving up and using restore points.
  2. Vitamanic I have tried this and it does stop the audio driver but not the extension driver which is the main cause of my sound breaking. Thanks for trying to help though.
  3. Windows keeps installing two drivers that break my sound, one of them is an audio driver and the other is an extension driver. I used to be able to use a system restore point and then my sound would come back but then I couldn't install other updates but then windows automatically installed them. Does anyone know a way to disable extension drivers? (I can disable the other easily but it still doesn't fix things)
