  1. When trying to play a big MMO game such as World of Warcraft or The Isle after 5 minutes the game disconnects and my computer acts as if the network cable has been unplugged. I have tried using a brand new ethernet cable, different ports in the router, and plugging directly into the modem. Also when this happens my husbands laptop and our smart tv's continue to work as they are wireless connections. I can use the internet for streaming shows and other games but the big games cause this issue and than it takes almost 10 minutes for the connection to reastablish itself. My specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Memory 64-bit os, x64-based processor Current BIOS Model Name: PRIME X470-PRO Version: 4804 Release Date: 05/29/2019 AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME SSD Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Platinum 750 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX PSU
  2. I just got a new ethernet cable today and tried different ports on the router as well as plugging straight into the modem. And it is only my computer. My husbands laptop along with our smart tv both continue to work when it happens.
  3. Wondering if I could get some help please. A friend helped me recently build a new pc and everything is up and running great with the exception of internet. I use an ethernet cable to connect directly to our router. I can watch youtube, browse the internet, and do most things just fine but when i launch either World of Warcraft or The Isle which are both big mmo games after about 5 minutes i disconnect from the game and my computer acts as if the ethernet cable has been unplugged for up to 10 minutes and than connects itself back up and works fine again as long as i don't try to play either of those games. Can anyone help please? I am currently running Windows 10 64-bit and an Asus Prime X470-PRO motherboard with BIOS version 4804 release dat 05/29/2019
