  1. So I've ordered a new DP cable, and a UPS also, we'll see if that helps. If not its either graphics card or display
  2. Aight maybe someone knows here. I have this issue, its been going on for 4 months now since I've moved flats. I use 2 displays - one is older iiyama 24 75hz AMVA, other is newer iiyama TN 144hz (model PL2560h). both are 1080p. Quicker display is connected via DP, slower via HDMI(before moving flats it was on DVI) Now - all is driven by a plucky 1050ti, which spits out ~144fps quite consistently in iRacing/CSGO/RL on a single screen. The issue is that in CAD apps (revit, sketchup, autocad) or other hardware accelerated vector graphic based software when panning, orbiting, or doing anything that puts load on the graphic card I see fps on the 144hz display dropping rapidly - mouse begins to stutter, looks even worse than 75hz screen which is standing next and having no issues. During these slowdowns there are also artifacts - barely visible grey stripes going across the display vertically(the stripes are packed very close together and are about a 0.5mm wide), also screen dims and goes more bright slightly like a lightbulb on a wonny electrical circuit(not that dramatically). These artifacts are not making work impossible but sure are upsetting. What is worse that occasionally the screen goes black for a second or two. Similar issue is visible on loading screens of games - while stripes and flickering are not that visible during gaming I had 2 black screens during a race in iRacing. Display is Freesync and has it enabled, In Nvidia Settings it's set to G-sync on and to 144hz. I'm on i7 8700k, 16gb 2666, GeForce 1050Ti 4GB Now it's worth mentioning - I had an issue with PSU which caused system freezes(the ones that even reset button dont work) - which is now changed to Silentiumpc VERO L2, since then system is stable but display issue persists. Also - when I start working in the morning the issue is almost not visible - during the day it gets worse and in the evening i get black screens. The other monitor - older VA iiyama does not have any problems and is stable when the TN iiyama flickers. I did try plugging in HDMI to the 144hz TN iiyama - problem did go away. Is it the cable? Is it the port on the graphics card? Is it my display? help guys :(
