Can you find a used CPU cheaper? A 9600 would still be a nice bump if you can get one for a decent deal.
Ideally, you'd get a CPU and an SSD; I can't even fathom using an HDD these days.

Suggesting CPUs that are hard to find, and when found are inflated isn't really a great option.

i disagree but ok. I only recommend the 5600x because the performance in FPS games is crazy. My friend gets 600 FPS in valorant

Not worth the small jumps to get a whole new or different platforms. The i7 9700F would be a good choice for this.
Then get yourself an SSD, honestly any decent one will do, sata or m.2. Either reinstall windows on there or install your favorite load intensive games on there.

    Budget (including currency): 1000 euro
    Country: Europe
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: casual gaming and work, no video editing
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): my idea is to play at least at 60FPS with a good quality image without any problem and use this PC for years so keep upgradability in mind (no VR). I Need also a monitor with this build but I have no idea about it, if you could give me help it would be amazing. the only requirement is that it has to have a quality similar to the screen of a MacBook pro and a USB C, I will use it sometimes to work with my Mac.

    consider using

    core i5 9400f or i7 9700f
    gigabyte b360m d3h

cause you dont need integrated graphics when you have a discrete one and save some money on gpu

Fixed it and it was the dumbest thing ever. Just had to turn shader details to low. It was always on high dunno why it only recently started freaking out now. I'm so happy I reinstalled windows (◔_◔). Thanks for all the help
