Thank you for your answer, but I think about it this way: Because the CPU needs to draw only certain amout of energy, and even if I had the best cooling in the world, the pc wouldn't be able to do full turbo on for example 64 cores because of other limitations than cooling.

So recently, I was reading cpu specifications, because I plan to deploy 23 servers. Each spec for example intel (cascade lake) contains information about turbo boost on all cores ( for example it contains how fast the cpu will be when using only 16 cores, or all 24). That same goes for first gen epyc. But the epyc rome hides this info, and I cannot find it anywhere. Do you guys know why would they hide this info in the new generation? And, where can I find the info if they hide it?

Hi guys, I recently created post about ram update for this pc. I upgraded ram, but I ran into another problem, I need gpu with atleast 4gb VRAM. My current gpu is GTX 1050 my pc specs: (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06094236/) My next question is, can I update this GPU 1050 for an 1650 one? They are both on specs the same (75W), but I wonder about my 180 PSU. I overclocked my GTX 1050 the core clock is: 1700( oc), and memory is almost 4ghz, and it runs stable. But I've read that 180 is not enough for an gtx 1050 , but my pc was shipped with it anyways (I have lot of devices connected, still no troubles). So I think it may be able to handle the 1650, but I am not sure, that's why I am asking once again for your help! Thank you guys, Bishamon
