  3. https://www.amazon.com/Intel-i7-lga115-Disipador-Ventilador-e97379/dp/B01MSD39CN/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3AGRDB3HACU53&dchild=1&keywords=intel+fan+heatsink&qid=1590342042&sprefix=intel+fan+heat%2Caps%2C214&sr=8-3 Would this work? My only concern is the dimension matching.
  4. meaningless to a point ..... lol. I see them in the 20 - 80 range online. But the sizes/models are so confusing. If possible would love to order what you tell me to.
  5. Absolutely perfect. Can do that easily! lol Now you tell me which one to order, and I'm gonna get it here overnight.
  6. Mine does not seem to have screws like in the photo of that. Mine has four big black plastic thingies pictured here.
  7. no that the tube, lol! I mean the fan/heatsink combo.
  8. Is there a specific size that I would need to get? Thanks so much for your detailed answer!
  9. Well novice, but not afraid to get in there with your help. I would like to order the fan/sink combo but just no clue where to find out what to order. Scoured the internet for an hour last night with no luck. I did find a sticker on the side of the fan 1307 1-002201 DP 01342 which yielded no results.
  10. Okay guys real novice here. Figured replacement would be in a response. From what I can see the entire fan/heatsink is one big piece together. Can I just replace the fan. Can't see anywhere where it would come off alone. Secondly I scoured Asus G10ac including the manual. It does not tell me what this one is. Size/model no/ etc. Your replies are SO MUCH appreciated!!!!
  11. G10ac Asus desktop. This just started yesterday. The fan in the photo is making the noise. This noise is not represented well in the video, camera just picks up on the main fan too well I guess. You can kind of hear it. It is like a very fast paced clicking sound, not as "bassy" as it sounds in the clip. If I push on the middle of the fan to stop it real quick, the sound dissapears completely. Thank you! 20200524_104106.mp4
  12. Sounds great! Once again your help has been so appreciated my friend!
  13. Crap I promised but one more ... lmao! This lithium battery is at least 9 years old. What is it for, and should I replace it??
  14. Another photo of a code ... and my last question I promise! How much downgrade in power/speed of the card from a 3.0 to a 1.0 (if it is that) would there be? If you tell me a lot, I'll just buy the wife and I new computers, lol. To me a Cpu at 3.4 with 32 ram should be plenty to run mmo's with. But I don't know much about computers. YOU have been an amazing help! Can't thank you enough!
  15. Here are the only 3 things/photos I can discern ...
  16. Awesome to hear! Well from the Asus site it says: Expansion Slots 2 x PCI-e x 1 1 x PCI-e x 4 1 x PCI-e x 16
  17. Would this be it? REAL novice here .... looks like this is the extra 2 I will need? Also one last question if I may. How much degradation will there be putting a 3.0 into a 1.0 pci e? SO appreciate this information!!!
  18. Looks like PCIe. Can you please clarify the 16 pin vs 8pin for me.
  19. Here is the card: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 DirectX 12 RTX 2060 GAMING Z 6G 6GB 192-Bit GDDR6 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card I can install a PCI express 3.0 into just a basi PCI slot right? *fingers crossed*
  20. Apparently I got that from somewhere else in my head .... So it is a 500w supply? And yes understood on the age. Will just be playing the new MMO New World in the near future, so with the GeForce RTX 2060 will be waaaay more then enough. Figured with the I7 processor and 32 gb ram DDR3 at 1600MHz I wanted to stretch out the life some. Thanks again so much for the information!!
