  4. So I recently tried to stress my pc to see the performance that it was supposed to do but I was greeted with 2.99 ghz on load on a A10-7890K 4.10ghz .I'm getting 4.10 ghz on idle and 60 degrees but on load I get 2.99 ghz and 42 degrees.I use AIDA64 stress test. What can I do to prevent this from happening? I have high performance power plan but no luck
